Two vintage stamps are encased in the weight: The 33-cent stamp was issued by the United States Postal Service on Monday April 24, 2000, to commemorate the Bicentennial of the Library of Congress; the 20-cent stamp honoring the Library of Congress was issued by the United States Postal Service on Wednesday April 21, 1982.
