The Library of Congress rich collections span almost every topic in a variety of media formats including print, film and recordings. Popular permanent exhibits include Thomas Jefferson's Library, Exploring the Early America's, and Hope for America: Performers, Politics and Pop Culture.

Our temporary exhibits offer rare views of some of the world's most rare materials. Currently, Echoes of the Great War: American Experiences of World War I is on view. It examines the upheaval of world war as Americans confronted it-both at home and abroad.
