Order processing begins immediately after you submit your order. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. We do not have the ability to change or stop orders once they have been placed.
Orders usually ship the next business day. Our standard shipping rates apply to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. When shipping to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico $15 is added to the standard shipping rate. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/IPO addresses. Standard shipping service provides delivery within 5-7 business days.

We offer rush delivery service upon request. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next (federal government) business day.
2 DAY SHIPPING: Service provides afternoon delivery the second business day. Orders must be placed before noon (EST). Weekend delivery excluded. Add $12.00 to standard shipping rates.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Service provides afternoon delivery the next business day. Orders must be placed before noon (EST). Weekend delivery excluded. Call or email us for a quote.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please contact Customer Service within 14 calendar days if your item is damaged or defective. We will replace the item or refund your entire purchase including shipping and fees.
