Minerva Coin Necklace
Inspired by classic Italian artistry, our coin necklace displays a full-length portrait of Minerva on an Italian 100 Lire minted from 1955 to 1989. In Roman mythology, Minerva was the patron of arts. The stainless steel coin gracefully hangs from a 24" silver tone rope chain with a lobster claw clasp.
A mosaic of Minerva by Elihu Vedder is located in the Library's Thomas Jefferson Building.
