Creation Silk Scarf
The design of this heavily screened silk scarf embodies part of the biblical creation story from Genesis, as interpreted by Sir William Richmond. Hand-screen printed on 100% silk twill, with hand-rolled edges. 35" square.
The Library of Congress has an extensive bible collection. The collection contains over 1,500 editions in more than 150 languages. Two major works, the Giant Bible of Mainz and the Gutenberg Bible are on permanent exhibition in the Great Hall of our Thomas Jefferson building.
